Looking to use GSA Advantage for your purchases? We’ll try to help you out with some basic steps. We are also available to assist you on the phone as we realize technology doesn’t always work the way we expect and various search terms are used to populate results.

  1. Got to https://gsaadvantage.gov
  2. In the initial Search box, type in our contract number.
  3. To further refine results, search by using the keywords to the products you need. Enter a search term in the “Search within results” box and then click “GO”.

You should now see a reduced number of listings for your selected search. You can still continue to refine your searches by using the next level of “Search within results” field.

Once you have found the item(s) on your search, you will add the items to your Cart and will follow the instructions to check out. Some items require a minimum purchase to meet contract requirements while others will indicate a minimum quantity for full cartons as required by the manufacturer. You’ll also see a note on products indicating if they are FOB Origin (which will require added freight charges) or FOB Destination (includes shipping expenses).

 

Upon ordering, we will receive a copy of your purchase order and will be in touch with you regarding processing the order and any other information needed to process your request. For instance, we may require a color selection or may clarify delivery and shipping instructions.  GSA Advantage orders are undated within the procurement portal so you will be advised of estimated delivery information as well so you can track your order status.
