Continental Flooring Gives Back
As the holiday quickly approaches, Continental is wrapping up the year by giving back and working within our community to support some notable philanthropic projects. Our fantastic Continental staff has worked together events, toy drives, and warehouse cleanouts to provide help to those in need.
Recent Continental Flooring philanthropies include:
Clays for Kids – Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley
Continental was one of the sponsors of this wonderful team event. The Continental team of some of our top shots were a part of this large sporting clay tournament. Teams from across Arizona joined in and all proceeds from this year’s tournament went directly to the Boys and Girls Club of the Valley. The tournament goal this year was to raise $25,000 here in Arizona.
Autism Speaks
Continental Flooring always has staff at these events. Autism Speaks provides support, community, and public policy advocacy, by and for people on the autism spectrum. This organization seeks to share information which works to build acceptance and understanding of disability, while dispelling stereotypes and misinformation which perpetuate unnecessary fears surrounding an autism diagnosis.

After a massive warehouse overhaul with almost all CFC staff on hand, Continental donated over 200,000 square feet of floor covering to these two organizations: Stardust Non-Profit Building Supplies was founded in 1997 and provides over 3,000 people every month with affordable, reclaimed building supplies. From large-scale remodels to simple repairs and repurposing projects, Stardust provides sustainable materials that get the job done. The Phoenix Dream Center is a community-based outreach dedicated to ending childhood hunger among at-risk youth, stopping human trafficking, and assisting homeless families who can use donated flooring to improve their facilities.

Christmas toy drive. Many of the children and families involved with the Center have no means to have a Christmas. Continental Flooring donated over 100 toys this year.
